Table Charge: $65.00 - 8 ft. Aisle, $70.00 - 8 ft. Wall
Electricity: $10.00 for the weekend. (You provide your own electrical cord and table covers).
Set-up Times: Friday 2:00PM - 8:00PM, Saturday 7:00AM - 9:00AM, Sunday 8:00AM - 9:00AM
Show Hours: Saturday 9:00AM - 5:00PM, Sunday 9:00AM - 4:00PM
All Shows:
Reservations and deposit are required for each show.
Permission is needed to hand out any other promotion fliers.
All Exhibitors are to remain open to the public until closing.
Public hours are advertised and the public pays to see the show.
Please be courteous to attendees and fellow exhibitors!
No Refunds: Unless we are notified two (2) weeks prior to the show.
RV Parking: Available at most locations for a fee.
Parking: Some locations charge everyone a daily fee.
Other Information:
Licensed Firearms dealers must submit D.O.J. cover sheet to TS Trade Shows.
All exhibitors must have a signed contract, resale or occasional form on file with TS Shows.
All firearms dealers must have a copy of all licensing on file with TS Shows.
All firearms must be strapped.
All outgoing firearms are to be tagged.
No Smoking inside building locations.
All exhibitors merchandise must be out by 8:00PM Sunday night.

TS Trade Show Promotions reserves the right to refuse services to any person or the sale of space or entrance to any show at anytime. They (TS Shows) also reserves the right to change the floor plan to their satisfaction at anytime. The exhibitor agrees to abide by all fairground and show rules set forth by the fairground management and by TS Trade Show Promotions. Each exhibitor is responsible for all the booth/tables in their name and people with them.
